A Lavish Affair offers customizable event experiences. We have three packages that help determine the level of coordination you are looking for. From there, we can customize as needed to meet your event goals.
The Grand package is ideal for the DIY Bride. If you have already planned the majority of your event, booked a venue, chosen and booked your vendors, and do not need any creative assistance, then this package is probably right for you.
This package will be your basic "day-of" package where you have done a lot of the base work and A Lavish Affair will come in towards the end for that final push. We will ensure all of your vendors are confirmed, create a day-of timeline, communicate and confirm the timeline with all vendors, manage rehearsal of the ceremony, and manage day-of set up and timeline management including cues to wedding party and vendors.
The Posh package is a great compromise between a day-of and a full-service coordinator. This would be an ideal package for you if you are very organized and have already visualized and begun to plan your event, but need a little bit of assistance with the execution or don't have the time you'd like to devote to researching vendors and finalizing the details.
This packages includes everything from the Grand package with the addition of assistance with selecting and meeting with your vendors, creating a detailed layout/floor plan of your event, seating chart creation, extra meetings when needed, and a discounted hourly rate for any a la carte services.
As the name implies, the Opulent packages is our most esteemed package. This would be your full-service wedding package where you come with your ideas and vision and A Lavish Affair handles everything else.
This packages takes the best of Grand and Posh and kicks it up a notch by including Rehearsal Dinner coordination and management, vendor contract negotiation and management, seating chart creation and management, decor assistance, set up, budget management, guest list management, welcome bag assistance, virtually unlimited meetings, and an even lower discounted hourly rate for any a la carte services.
